TORNADO WARNING SYSTEM TESTING (8/12)

Please be advised that we will be conducting a necessary test of the community tornado siren today. Testing will be brief but intermittent.

​We know the weather outside is currently rough, and the timing isn't ideal. However, this off-schedule test is required to ensure the system is fully operational in the event of a real emergency.

​This is ONLY a test.

You do not need to take shelter during this drill.

​In the event of actual severe weather requiring immediate cover, official warning notifications will be issued through local emergency broadcasts and alert systems.

An updated notification will be issued when testing is complete.
