The Utility Billing window is open from 10:00 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
On payment due dates and the day before disconnects, hours will be extended to 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM. 
Due dates are typically the 15th but may shift for holidays.

The Utility Billing office provides support for the Village's electric, water, sewer, stormwater, and 
trash & recycling services. The Village does not provide natural gas, cable, or internet  services.

The Utility Billing customer service window is located on the first floor of the John Bryan Community Center.

Utility Billing Clerks are available to assist customers with questions and concerns regarding their utilities
or billing, and to accept payments via cash, check, or card.

Utility Billing Clerks also provide the following services to customers in person and over the phone:

  • signing up new customers for service
  • selling trash stickers and bags
  • assisting customers with level billing
  • calculating and processing monthly utility bills
  • accepting work orders
  • assisting customers with solid waste related services, which are contracted through Rumpke
  • adding and removing customers to our Automatic Check Withdrawal service
  • providing information to customers regarding area programs that provide financial assistance for utility bills
