Greene County has been awarded a grant from the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency to manage scrap tires.  On September 30 and October 28, 2021, scrap tires will be accepted at Greene County Environmental Services.  Residents must register with Greene Soil and Water at greeneswcd@outlook.com or 937-416-6906.  The purpose of the program is to manage those orphaned tires that are being stored on Greene County residents’ property. 

NOTE: Businesses that manage tires are not permitted to participate in this program.
