The Village of Yellow Springs is introducing a new process to make it easier and more consistent to request Council sponsorships or special event support. All requests now fall into one of the two categories below. Please review the descriptions carefully and complete the form that applies to your request. All forms must be submitted by 5 PM on September 22nd.

Sponsorship of Major Projects or Initiatives
  
Planning a major project or initiative and looking for Village support? This form is for organizations requesting sponsorship (cash or in-kind) from Village Council. Important: Requests of this type must be sponsored by a Council Member, and only the sponsoring Council Member may submit the form.

Sponsorship of Special Events
  
Planning a special event and requesting Village support? Use this form to request sponsorship (cash or in-kind). In addition to this form, applicants must also complete the Special Event Permit. Important: Unlike major project requests, this form should be completed and submitted directly by the applicant or organization.
