Before the ink was dry on the Constitution, there was John Dickinson, the moral and intellectual force behind the struggle for American rights.
   
Join Dr. Jane Calvert, a leading national scholar, as she pulls back the curtain on Dickinson’s life — from his Quaker-adjacent roots to his radical ideas on citizenship that still resonate today.
   
The lecture will be followed by a conversation between Dr. Calvert and Dr. Tanya Maus, Director of The Quaker Heritage Center.
