Yellow Springs Mayor’s Court is held twice a month in Council Chambers on the 2nd Floor of the John Bryan Community Center at 100 Dayton Street.
The Mayor’s Court hears minor misdemeanor offenses cited within the jurisdiction of the Yellow Springs Police Department. Cases may include traffic violations and other minor offenses which can be cited under local ordinance.
All other cases are filed with the Greene County Prosecutor. Mayor’s Court does not hear juvenile cases. Cases involving defendants under the age of 18 are transferred to Greene County Juvenile Court.
