If you would like the Mayor to issue a proclamation, please send all relevant information to the Clerk of Mayor's Court. You can fill out this Proclamation Request Form and submit it by emailing the Clerk of Mayor's Court.

Copies of proclamations are posted below and on the bulletin board outside of Council Chambers on the 2nd Floor of the John Bryan Community Center.
