The mission of Yellow Springs Community Access (YSCA) is to work with local government, community members, and community organizations to create and broadcast programs that promote a sense of community, and to celebrate individual expression, local achievements, learning, cultural exchange, and civic engagement.
YSCA provides:
• Use of basic equipment for the production of local community programming.
• General training for operating equipment and producing community programming.
• Time on Channel 5 to cablecast programs by, for, and about the Yellow Springs community.
• Live broadcast and livestreams of government meetings, including Village Council, Planning Commission, and Board of Zoning Appeals.
• Broadcast of community announcements via Channel 5's digital bulletin board.
