Johnnie Burns is also the Public Works Director for the Village of Yellow Springs and oversees the following:
• Utility Billing
• Electric & Water Distribution
• Water & Wastewater Treatment
• Streets, Parks & Sewers
• Parks & Recreation
• Village-owned public facilities.
He also oversees capital improvements to all the above facilities and assets in the Village.
