Village of Yellow Springs, Ohio
The Planning, Zoning, Building & Economic Development Department oversees the Village’s growth and development through a wide range of services. Our team manages long- and short-range planning efforts, building permit administration, and the continual update and implementation of the Village Zoning Code. We coordinate site and subdivision reviews, process commercial and mixed-use zoning permits, and enforce local codes to maintain community standards.
In addition, the department supports the Yellow Springs Development Corporation (YSDC), the Village’s Community Improvement Corporation (CIC), which works to promote economic vitality and sustainable development within the community.
